Frankly I think both sides have valid points. Dogs can make great companions whenever you are happy or anxious lonely or melancholy-they’ll always be the most loyal friends.
And yet the owners should aware of the potential problems such as the pollution. Just as every coin has two sides so does this issue.
It would be a good thing to keep pet dogs as long as their owners cared for and educated them responsibly.
