我感冒了，妈妈给我吃了感冒药。这下糟了，上课的时候，我直想打瞌睡。我拼命忍着，终于熬到了放学回家。
I have a cold. My mother gave me cold medicine. It’s terrible. In class, I just want to doze off. I tried my best to endure it until I came home from school.
回到家，我跟妈妈说：“明天不要再给我吃感冒药，不然就会弄得我直想睡觉，老师教的知识都听不进去了。”妈妈考虑了一下，说：“行，那就晚上吃药，早上不吃药。”
When I got home, I said to my mother, “don’t give me cold medicine tomorrow, or I will be so sleepy that I can’t listen to what the teacher taught me.” Mom thought about it and said, “OK, take the medicine at night, not in the morning.”
我感冒了，又是鼻塞又是咳嗽，浑身都难受，但为了学习知识，我还是坚持上课，认真听讲。
I have a cold, a stuffy nose and a cough. I feel sick all over. But in order to learn knowledge, I still insist on class and listen carefully.
