今天,妈妈教我煎鸡蛋。先把鸡蛋皮打碎,把蛋清和蛋黄放在碗里,切一点葱花放一点盐,和鸡蛋一起搅拌均匀。打开火,调到中火,锅里放油,油热了倒入蛋液,这边煎熟了再翻到另一边煎熟,还起泡泡呢。把鸡蛋饼盛到盘里就可以了吃了。我吃了一点说:“原来自己在家做的菜是这么好吃啊。”我今天又学会了煎鸡蛋,知道了自己做的菜是非常好吃的。
