在我的成长过程中，发生过很多的`事。其中最高兴的事，莫过于我给老奶奶让座的那件事，每当想起它，我就会忍不住地笑出声。
In my growing up process, a lot of things have happened. The happiest thing is that I gave my grandmother a seat. Whenever I think of it, I can’t help laughing.
星期六，我自己一个人去外婆家串门。我乘坐上一辆公共汽车，坐在了一个靠边的座位上，欣赏着路边优美的景色。忽然车停了，一位老奶奶上了车，我突然想起妈妈曾对我说过：“看到老人要让座。”我心里纠结着，这个位置好，而路程又远，站着多累啊！犹豫了很久，最后我选择了给老奶奶让座，可是来到老奶奶的面前，我却不知道怎么说。
On Saturday, I went to visit my grandmother’s house by myself. I got on a bus and sat in a side seat, enjoying the beautiful scenery on the side of the road. Suddenly the car stopped, an old woman got on the car, I suddenly remembered that my mother had said to me: “see the old man to give up his seat.” My heart is tangled, this position is good, and the distance is far, how tired it is to stand! I hesitated for a long time, and finally I chose to give my seat to grandma. But when I came to grandma, I didn’t know how to say it.
老奶奶说：“孩子，你要干什么？”
”What are you going to do, son?” said the grandmother
我说：“老奶奶，您坐我的座位吧。”
I said, “grandma, take my seat.”
老奶奶说：“不，你有这份心思，我就很高兴了。”
Grandma said, “no, I’m glad you have this idea.”
我又对老奶奶说：“您年龄大了，站着很危险。”
I said to my grandmother, “you are old, standing is very dangerous.”
我的锲而不舍感动了老奶奶，她终于同意坐在我的位置上了，我很高兴。虽然站着很累，但我心里美滋滋的。
My perseverance moved my grandmother. She finally agreed to sit in my position. I am very happy. Although I’m tired of standing, I’m very happy.
这件事已经过去了很久，但是每当想起来，我都很高兴，因为它让我懂得了一个道理：赠人玫瑰，手有余香。
It’s been a long time, but when I think about it, I’m very happy because it taught me a truth: give someone a rose and have a fragrance in your hand.
