跟着爸爸上班，我最深刻的感受就是他从早上一直忙到晚上。早上爸爸早早的起床，就去接待一些上级领导，和他们说事。9：00爸爸都没来得及吃饭，就去办工作上的事。一直办到吃中午饭的时候，爸爸才简单的`吃了一点饭。饭有：米饭、海带、花生、鱼和豆腐皮。爸爸只吃了一点米饭、海带和鱼。吃完饭以后，爸爸把巡逻的衣服穿好，就睡觉了。到了5：00，爸爸带领4个人去巡逻，从中午5：00一直巡到晚上9：00，这时，他连饭都没吃就督促我学习，等我作业做完了，爸爸才去和刚才巡逻的4个人去吃了饭，吃完饭，爸爸才放松的看了会电视，他就不知不觉的进入了梦香。
