我学会了做饺子英语日记
今天，我在想：我应该学会做什么菜呢？原来，爸爸要出一个星期的差，明天就要走了，妈妈做的饭不好吃，怎么办呢？

突然，我看见爸爸在包饺子。一个个包的.又快又好，然后在把那些饺子放到锅里，接着又包了起来。我也学着爸爸包了几个，可还没包上几个，饺子就一个个露馅了。我对爸爸说：“您是怎么学会的？”“只要认真点儿，就可以了。”爸爸说到。今天晚上我一直都没睡好，一直在想爸爸对我说的话。

第二天，我一早起来一看，爸爸已经走了。我早上吃了些东西，然后匆匆忙忙上学去了，我在学校里一直也没有听课，终于挨到了放学。妈妈接我回家之后，我做了会作业。到了七点左右，要吃饭了，我对妈妈说：“今天晚上我来做。”妈妈高兴地同意了。

I took some dough and cut it into small pieces. Then I rolled the dough with a dough stick. Then I put the meat wipe into the dough with chopsticks. Then I pinched the side of the dumpling so that it would not show the stuffing when it was cooked. Then I put the dumplings into the pot and boil them. “Ah! I didn’t see how much oil and salt dad poured. What should I do? ” I said. I put in a tablespoon of salt and half a bowl of oil. After about 15 minutes, I turned off the fire. Then I paid for it first. It’s salty. Mom smiled and said to me, “no salt or oil is needed to make dumplings.” What shall I do? I thought about it. I poured the water out of the pot and refilled it with boiling water.
我把饺子端到桌子上，用小碟子装了点调料给妈妈。妈妈尝了尝说：“你做的饺子真好吃。”我甜甜地笑了。
I put the dumplings on the table and put some spices on the small plate for my mother. “Your dumplings are so delicious,” she said I smiled sweetly.
